Refund policy


We have a return and refund policy.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be damaged and not fit for purpose, to start a return, you can contact us sunriseluxurymoments@gmail.com 


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Please note that we DO NOT pay for any returns postage costs and if you wish to return you must pay any postage fees unless the item/s are damaged


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


If your return is accepted we’ll send you Instructions on how and where to send your package. We aren’t eligible for returns postage.


Should the return be accepted and refund agreed it can take upto 3-10 working days to reach your account.
